I just wanted to let you know that my family had a lovely time at the Cliff house over Thanksgiving. We hosted a wonderful dinner with all my siblings in attendance and this was definitely a highlight for my Mother this year. A rare occasion that we will fondly remember. The accommodations worked out just fine. The view from the deck was unbelievable. Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility. We will definitely be back again someday.

Hi David,
We had a fantastic time. We did quite a few of the local state parks including the steam train through the redwoods up the mountain in the Henry Cowell park, and some lovely walks in Wilder Ranch including the cliff walk. We also spent a couple of days down in Monterey and Carmel, and did the 17 mile drive. The marine centre in Monterey was very special. The girls managed to get their shopping done with a visit to San Jose and also to the outlets centre in Gilroy. We managed a couple of afternoons on the local beach and one in Capitola, but most evenings were spent doing long walks along the sea front followed by hot chocolate at a cafe or back at the house, so the location next to the sea with the verandas was outstanding. Added to four great days in San Francisco, this was a great holiday. No-one wanted to come back. Your house was excellent and had everything we needed. The wireless internet was a nice touch: we had a small laptop with us, and most evenings we worked out the exact routes for the following day, start times and so on, making the most of the day. The only thing we didn’t get round to doing was the trip down to Big Sur – the day we planned it, the weather closed in on us and we didn’t get enough time to re-schedule for another day. Still, it gives us a chance to come back another time!
Thanks for a great holiday – it’s one we will remember.

Had a great time in Santa Cruz! Thanks again for the week of staying in your beautiful house.
We just laid low for the entire week. Walked and biked and read and ate out and saw movies -- in town and DVD's. It was awesome. Your house is in a really great spot -- nice view & neighbors. No problems except the week went by way too fast.
