A spectacular family beach vacation home

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is set up to accomodate a family as large as 7 people. The home is 2,128 square feet and comes fully furnished and equipped with all you need for the perfect beach vacation.

Master Bedroom - Upstairs

Located on the second floor with the main living area, it's set on the back side of the house, right near a mature and majestic Monterey Cypress tree. Has a king bed and direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

Kitchen and Living/Family Room - Upstairs

A reverse floor plan means that the main living area is on the second floor. This allows for the best possible views of the ocean from the area of the house used the most. The kitchen is well outfitted and is expansive to the main living area. You can see the ocean from the kitchen off the side of the house as well as 200 degree view from the front deck!

Upstairs there's a TV and a Gas Fireplace, as well as patio furniture, a dining table, and a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Three Bedrooms - Downstairs

Downstairs there are three bedrooms - the "boys" room with two twin beds - the "girls" room with two twin beds - and "Grandmas" room which is a small but private room with a single twin.

2 Car Garage - with Washer and Dryer

The oversized garage can hold two large cars with extra room for storage, a work area, or a lot of surfboards! The garage has a washer and dryer.

Lots to do in Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz is loaded with fun things to do. There's UC Santa Cruz nearby, several parks, and great beach activities all up and down the coast just minutes away. This home is spectacular in itself, but if you want to go out and do stuff, there's lots to do.

Natural Bridges State Beach is a 3 minute walk around the corner; its a 15 minute walk to the baordwalk along the beautiful cliffs, or a 3 minute drive, its a 5 minute drive to the yacht harbor, and a 10 minute drive to Capitola.

The Boardwalk is a full amusement park with a legendary old style roller coaster and free oldies rock concerts in the summer. Less than an hour drive south to Monterey/Carmel. About an hour drive north to San Francisco. Grab your flip flops and come to Santa Cruz!
